It was cool weather at Good Friday’s Salford 10K with some light rain. There was however a healthy crowd of runners to race two laps of the streets of Salford. For BVR, the fast course generated decent personal times, and good PBs were enjoyed by Ruth and Damien, with Damien coming home first among the men, Yana first among the women. Well done to all runners.
